Bruker provide one of the world’s most comprehensive ranges of advanced instrumentation for science and industry. This new facility will provide a new UK headquarters for their established base in Coventry.

The proposed building is located a north-south geometry. It is organised in an ‘L’ shape configuration, one leg containing the office functions, arranged over three storeys, and the other the single storey stores and logistics.

The office wing runs parallel to Banner Lane and the main entrance facade contributes to the streetscape, mediating between the neighbouring 4 storey building and the surrounding mature landscape. The orientation of the office wing affords east and west view.
