Stony Stratford Community Church

Stony Stratford Community Church are seeking to extend the existing church building in order to meet the current needs and future aspirations of the church.

The design concept is to create a new main entrance from Cofferidge Close with an open circulation space to the rear that would link the different components of the building together.

Located in Stony Stratford Conservation Area between Horsefair Green and Cofferidge Close, the church is a grade II listed building and comprises a number of linked buildings.

Phase 1 of the project included the following works to the listed building, a new glazed link, alterations to provide an open plan meeting room/ creche, refurbishment of the Sanctuary, including new lighting.

A new oak stair was also provided to new balcony seating to the church.
